2. After your purchase, please call or WhatsApp our Wellness Centre at ‪+603-7491 1198‬ to schedule your appointment. No walk-ins are allowed.
3. Redemption period for all the package(s) purchased are valid for 3 months.
4. All the tests included in the package(s) shall be completed within the same visit. If a client is deemed unfit to undergo certain tests within the package, the incomplete test(s) will not be refundable or replaced with other test(s)
5. The package(s) purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
6. Official receipts / invoices will only be issued once purchased packages are redeemed at our Wellness Centre.
7. For any transaction with the purchase of comprehensive & executive female package
   • I confirm that the individual(s) undergoing the Comprehensive or Executive Female Package is/are aged 40 or above and have not done mammogram for the past 12 months.
8. For any transaction with the purchase of standard cardio, premium cardio & premium plus cardio
   • I confirm that the individual (s) undergoing the above package(s) do not have pre-existing heart condition.
   • Doctor will access the condition on case by case basis. Please call or whatsapp our Wellness centre at +603- 7491 1198 before purchase.
9. For any transaction with the purchase of Wellness neuro
   • I confirm that the individual(s) undergoing the Wellness neuro package is/are aged 50 or above
