The official receipt and invoice will be issued on the day of your health screening. The date shown on both documents will be the actual date of your screening visit.

All wellness package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, the package cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another person.
This website is exclusively for Malaysian IC holders. A valid Malaysian IC number is required to complete your purchase. Passport numbers cannot be used, and individuals who do not hold a Malaysian IC are not eligible to purchase through this website. You may contact our International Patient Centre for health screening packages and promotions available to international patients.
A Medical Certificate (MC) is not provided for health screening appointments. However, a time slip (attendance slip) can be issued upon request on the day of your health screening.
Yes. You may request additional (add-on) tests either via WhatsApp before your appointment or on the day of your health screening. Please note that promotional prices and discounts offered on this website do not apply to add-on tests.
No. We recommend scheduling your health screening after your menstrual period has ended, as menstruation may affect the accuracy of certain tests, particularly the urine test.
If your health screening includes a Pap test, it is recommended to schedule your appointment at least 7 days after the last day of your menstrual period to ensure the most accurate results.
Once your purchase has been successfully completed, your appointment confirmation will be sent within 3 working days. If you do not receive a confirmation after this period, please contact us for assistance.
This website and its promotions are exclusively for Malaysian citizens and Malaysian IC holders. Therefore, a valid Malaysian IC number is required to complete the purchase. You may contact our International Patient Centre for health screening packages and promotions available to international patients.
Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive an SMS notification. If you have not received the SMS within 3 working days, please contact us via WhatsApp at +60 19-363 0013.
- Appointments must be made at least seven (7) working days in advance and are subject to availability.
- Presentation of the email confirmation with an unique code upon registration on your appontment date for redemption is compulsory
- The tests included in the packages cannot be removed or changed.
- If a client is deemed unfit to undergo certain tests within the package, such as the stress test, the incomplete test(s) will not be refundable or replaced by other test(s). Clients may opt to change to another package of equal or higher value.
