TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MATERNITY PROMOTION 2026 

1. Valid for deliveries between 1 Jan 2026 - 31 December 2026 
2. Valid only for mothers giving birth at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur 
3. The RM500 deposit for the maternity promotion sign-up is non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. 
4. This promotion is valid for Corporate Guarantee Letter (GL) cases and self-paying patients. 
5. An admission deposit is required upon hospital admission for delivery. 
6. The hospital reserves the right to discontinue or modify any of the Terms & Conditions of the promotion as deemed necessary without prior notification. 
7. Additional surcharge shall be levied after office hours and on Sunday/ public holidays.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR FREE NEWBORN VACCINATION VOUCHER 

1. This voucher is exclusively applicable to babies born in 2026 at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur. 
2. This voucher is valid for the first dose of the combined vaccine, which includes Hepatitis B, DTaP, Polio, and HiB as per the standard immunization schedule. 
3. This voucher may be redeemed up to three (3) months of the child’s age. 
4. This voucher covers only the cost of the specified vaccines dose. All other charges, including consultation, registration, prescriptions, and additional procedures are not included. 
5. This voucher is valid upon payment of the RM500 sign-up deposit. 
6. Once the first dose of the above-mentioned vaccine has been administered and paid for, the voucher cannot be used to claim reimbursement or refund for that service. 
7. This voucher is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the parents or legal guardians of the eligible baby. 
8. Photocopies or reproductions of the voucher will not be accepted under any circumstances. 
9. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be substituted for other services. 
10. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts. 
11. Sunway Medical Centre shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. No replacement will be provided. 
12. Sunway Medical Centre reserves the right to amend or terminate these terms and conditions without prior notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR FREE DETAILED SCAN VOUCHER 

1. This voucher is exclusively applicable to patients who have paid the RM500 sign-up deposit for the Maternity Promotion 2026 at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur. 
2. This voucher is valid for a single detailed scan with the Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist. 
3. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to the availability of the Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist. 
4. The recommended period for the detailed scan is between 18 to 28 weeks of pregnancy. 
5. If the pregnancy is at 29 weeks or later, a detailed scan cannot be performed. In such cases, the voucher may still be used to redeem a complimentary 3D/4D scan instead. 
6. This voucher is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the recipient. 
7. Photocopies or reproductions of the voucher will not be accepted under any circumstances. 
8. This voucher is applicable solely for the detailed scan or 3D/4D scan as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other service. 
9. This voucher cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. 
10. This voucher must be used within the specified pregnancy period and redeemed before delivery. 
11. Any unused vouchers will be forfeited after delivery and are non-refundable. 
12. Sunway Medical Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacement will not be provided. 13. Sunway Medical Centre reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms and conditions without prior notice.

SUNWAY LAGOON ANNUAL PASSPORT (11 Years) Terms & Conditions: 

1. This Passport is applicable only for the newborn delivered in Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur and will be activated once the child reaches 2 years of age and will remain valid for 11 years, expiring on the last day of the child’s birth month. Example: If child’s DOB is 1 Jan 2026, Passport valid from: 1 Jan 2028 (2nd birthday) Passport expires on: 31 Jan 2039 
2. Activation of the Passport will be based on the child’s details provided at the point of registration. 
3. The guardian (default: birth mother) is required to register for the Sunway Super App (SSA) and complete the child’s face recognition setup to enable access to Sunway Lagoon.
4. One-time facial registration via SSA is required prior to admission. 
5. This is a cardless membership. No physical card will be provided. 
6. No exchange, refund, revalidation, replacement and/or extension will be made under any circumstances. 
7. No cancellation will be allowed upon confirmation of registration. 
8. This passport is strictly for the registered child only and is non-transferable under any circumstances. 
9. The Passport holders are entitled to unlimited entries (single entry per day) to Sunway Lagoon. 
10.  Access to Sunway Lagoon is available daily from 10am to 11pm, with the last entry at 10:30 pm. Closed on Tuesday, except on Malaysian school & public holidays. Please refer to Sunway Lagoon’s official website for the latest operating hours and membership access details. 
11. Entry is not allowed during private events and yearly Nights Of Fright events. 
12. The management of Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to request additional information or documentation from time to time for verification purposes. 
13. The management of Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete or add to the stated terms and conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. 
14. The management of Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to reject any entry that does not comply with our terms and conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SUNWAY SANCTUARY POSTNATAL CARE 

1. Prices are subject to prevailing government taxes and may change without prior notice. 
2. Extra 1 night stay only applicable for deliveries at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City with Deluxe or Executive Package of 28 days stay and above. 
3. Prior package booking is required; valid for EDD dates until 31 December 2026. 
4. A non-refundable deposit of RM5,000 is required, refundable only if specific conditions arise. 
5. Proof of appointment with Sunway Medical Centre Sunway City, Obstetric & Gynaecology consultants is required for booking; discharge receipts from Sunway Medical Centre Sunway City are required for check-in at Sunway Sanctuary.
