This form of screening is recommended for screening of lung cancer even in its earliest stages, where an X-ray machine uses a low dose of radiation to detect any abnormalities in the lungs. Individuals aged 45 - 75 years old who are smokers or ex-smokers who have quit within the past 15 years are highly recommended for this screening.

  • Please fast for 8 to 10 hours before your appointment. You may drink plain water only.
  • Postpone any routine morning medications, except anti-hypertensive drugs, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.

  • Bring any previous medical reports, if any, especially X-rays, MRI or CT scans from your last check-up, for comparison.

The duration of each health screening package varies. On average, the entire process, including the medical examination by a doctor, takes between 4 - 6 hours, depending on the selected package.

The wellness package is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  1. Appointments must be made at least seven (7) working days in advance and are subject to availability.
  2. Presentation of the email confirmation with an unique code upon registration on your appontment date for redemption is compulsory 
  3. The tests included in the packages cannot be removed or changed.
  4. If a client is deemed unfit to undergo certain tests within the package, such as the stress test, the incomplete test(s) will not be refundable or replaced by other test(s). Clients may opt to change to another package of equal or higher value.
  5. Applicable only at Sunway Wellness Centre, Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur.

  7. Patients with pre-existing diagnosis of lung cancer are not eligible for this screening package.
  8. The package excludes other further investigations, consultations or follow-up scans, and other cross-referrals to other specialties
