- Appointments must be made at least seven (7) working days in advance and are subject to availability.
- Eligibility for procedure will be determined by doctor. In the event the patient is not indicated or unfit for the procedure, only registration and doctor's consultation fees shall be applicable.
- The RM200 sign-up fee will offset the fees. Any outstanding balance is to be borne by patient.
- Applicable at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City only.
