Genetic counselling services to understand your family health risks, make informed healthcare decisions, and determine whether genetic testing is helpful for you through a personalised session with an experienced genetic counsellor.
This service helps detect potential health risks early, supports proactive steps to maintain long-term health, and provides emotional and psychosocial support.
It is suitable for individuals with a family history of cancer, heart disease, or rare conditions, those planning for or during pregnancy, individuals with abnormal test or screening results, and anyone who wants to better understand their genetic health.
Pre-test genetic counseling
- Only applicable to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Appointments must be made at least seven (7) working days in advance and are subject to availability.
- Presentation of the email confirmation with an unique code upon registration on your appontment date for redemption is compulsory.
- Applicable only at Sunway Wellness Centre, Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur.
- Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
