1. This package is valid for children aged 2 to 17 years.
2. The duration of the examination is approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on case complexity.
3. All tests and screenings are conducted by a Clinical Optometrist.
4. Referral to a specialist may be recommended if further investigation or consultation with a paediatric ophthalmologist is required; specialist consultation fees are not included in this package.
5. Appointment is available from Monday to Friday: 2pm-4pm (subject to availability). 
6. Appointment is strictly required via WhatsApp +6019 234 3510; walk-in patients will not be accepted.
7. Early booking is encouraged, as appointment slots are limited.
8. This package does not include registration fees.
9. Additional surcharge and 6% SST will apply to non-Malaysian patients.
