  • Please fast for 8 to 10 hours before your appointment. You may drink plain water only.
  • Postpone any routine morning medications, except anti-hypertensive drugs, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.

  • Bring any previous medical reports, if any, especially X-rays, MRI or CT scans from your last check-up, for comparison.
  • If you wear spectacles, make sure to bring them for the vision test.

The duration of each health screening package varies. On average, the entire process, including the medical examination by a doctor, takes between 4 - 6 hours, depending on the selected package.
