  • Non-transferable, not exchangeable for other items / packages / medications / services & non-refundable.
  • Products or services purchased must be redeemed within the validity period stated on the Website.
  • Payment only via Website.
  • SMC reserves the right to amend terms and conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.

• Redemption of product or services.
  • Booking of your appointment by contacting Sunway Medical Centre Wellness Centre at 603-7491 1198 (call or whatsapp) or email us at [email protected].
  • Appointments are advised to be made 5 working days in advance.
  • Kindly provide your details (i.e. Name, IC, Contact, date option, Purchase order ID) for appointment purposes.
  • Proof of purchase must be presented during the appointment and prior to registration at the counter.
  • Additional charges may apply for any additional test / procedure advised by the doctor.
  • Redemption of products or services shall be made prior to the expiry of the validity period.

• Discount voucher codes
  • Discount voucher codes are only valid on the Website
  • A valid code must be entered at the shopping cart / checkout page in order to redeem the discount voucher code.
  • Discount voucher codes can only be used for the registered customer.
  • One user ID can only use 1 discount voucher code.
  • Discount voucher code is limited to 1-time use only.
  • Discount voucher code's validity. Once expired there will be no replacement of the voucher code.
  • Not exchangeable for cash.

• SMC reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of discount voucher code for any reason, including:
  • Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or coupon use.
  • Coupon abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers
  • Not valid on other promotional products.
  • Improper use or redeem of voucher code.
  • Inability to use or redeem a voucher code.

• How Do I Redeem My Voucher Code?
  • In order to redeem the voucher code, select the products or services that you would like to purchase and proceed to the ‘Cart’ page by clicking the shopping bag icon on the top right corner.
  • To apply the voucher, just submit the code in the empty field designated for the voucher and just click ‘Apply’.
